Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy ("Policy"), form the Agreement between:

- CRP Unio Limited s.r.o. ("Pixelex"), located in the Czech Republic and the User ("You"). By using Pixelex's Services, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You are prohibited from using the Services.

• "Conversion Rate": The exchange rate of a supported Cryptocurrency determined by Pixelex.
• "Cryptocurrency": A digital asset not possessing legal currency status, traded electronically
• "Fiat Payments": : Payment methods including credit/debit cards, wire transfers, or other methods listed on the Website
• "Purchase Service": Service allowing Users to buy and sell supported Cryptocurrencies.
• "Services": Services provided by Pixelex, including Purchase Services.
• "User": Any individual or entity using Pixelex's Website and/or Services.
• "Website": Pixelex's website at www.pixelex.io.

Eligibility and Restrictions

The Services offered by Pixelex are NOT intended for and may not be used by:

• Individuals under the age of 18.
• Legal entities and individuals in any country on the FATF watchlists.

Acceptance and Modification of Terms

Acceptance of these Terms is required to use the Services. Pixelex reserves the right to amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after updates indicates Your acceptance of the new Terms. It is recommended that Users review this page regularly for updates

Account Registration and Security

To access and use the Services, Users must create an Account. By creating an Account, You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and update Account information.
• Secure Your login credentials.
• Notify Pixelex of any security breaches.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under Your Account.

Customer Verification

Pixelex will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification upon registration to comply with legal requirements. Users refusing to provide necessary documents will have their Services terminated. Pixelex may request additional information to comply with legal requirements during the client relationship.

Description of Services

Pixelex reserves the right to determine the functionality, use, scope, and nature of the Services. Users may buy supported Cryptocurrencies using fiat payments at the current Conversion Rate and withdraw them to another Cryptocurrency wallet.

Use of Services and Risks

The Services enable Users to conduct Cryptocurrency transactions. Verification checks required by law may delay transaction processing. Users are responsible for determining their tax obligations and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Engaging in Cryptocurrency activities carries significant risks. Users should consider these risks carefully and consult professionals if necessary. Use the Services at Your own risk.

Account Termination

Users can close their Account at any time by emailing Pixelex at support@pixelex.io. Pixelex reserves the right to close Accounts for gross infringement of the Terms, illegal use, or providing false information. Pixelex may suspend access if the User fails to comply with these Terms or poses a fraud risk.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Pixelex against any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees incurred due to misuse of Services.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Pixelex strives to ensure high-quality operations but does not guarantee 100% security or accessibility. The Website, Services, and Software are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Pixelex’s liability to Users is limited, except in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, or where precluded by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Pixelex retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the Services. Users may only use the Website and Services for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of materials from the Services is prohibited.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Czech Republic govern these Terms. Disputes shall be resolved in the Prague District Court with exclusive jurisdiction.
